To receive a refund for project, synopsis and guide provided by IGNOUPROJECT.SHOP, the following conditions must be met:

Proof of Failure

You must give proof that you failed your project or dissertation. This documentation must include your enrollment number, program code, student ID card, and a copy of your results/grades.

Documentation of Purchase

Please provide documentation that you purchased the project/synopsis/guide from our website. This proof must include the mobile number, email address, and full name entered while placing the order. The name on the order page must match the name on your grade card or student ID card. If you purchased the project from a source other than our website, you will not be entitled to get the refund.

Submission Timing

In the case of No Rush Orders, the order must be submitted at least 15 days before your university’s deadline, and Express orders must be submitted at least 7 days in advance. Your university’s academic calendar will determine the submission deadline.

Content Usage

You must demonstrate that the project/synopsis you submitted comprises at least 90% content from IGNOUPROJECT.SHOP rather than your own or content from other sources. This proof must include a copy of your submitted project as well as the receipt for the submission. We need to confirm that the final project you submitted matches the one we supplied you. You will be ineligible for the award if you failed because of the additional content you added. The student is responsible for ensuring that any added content does not detract from the overall quality of the project.

Project Rejection versus Failure

Failing the project is not the same as being rejected by the project supervisor. As we give entirely editable files, it is the student’s obligation to make any minor modifications to the project description and report before having it authorized by the supervisor or guide. If you fail to submit the final project according to your university’s evaluation, you are eligible for a refund.

Adherence to rules

You must demonstrate that the adjustments you made and the final submission of the project adhered to the rules outlined in the project handbook. In the case of handwritten projects, you must also show that they were written cleanly. Students who did not follow the instructions in the project handbook and/or wrote the project in an untidy manner will be unable to receive the refund.

Context gave by You

Our team closely adheres to the guidelines and information you gave while placing your order. If you failed your project owing to improper or inadequate guidelines and information submitted to us, you will be ineligible to receive the incentive.

Limitations

The refund guarantee only covers the cost of the project/synopsis or guide ordered from IGNOUPROJECT.SHOP. It excludes any additional costs made by us such as printing, shipping, payment gateway fees.

Claim Submission

Claims must be made within 30 days after getting the official results.  Late claims will not be considered.  To avoid delays in processing, make sure you include all essential evidence and proof when submitting your claim.

Non-transferable

The refund guarantee is only applicable to the original purchaser of the product.  Any effort to transfer or assign this guarantee to another person renders it null and worthless.

Verification

All claims will undergo a comprehensive verification process. IGNOUPROJECT.SHOP retains the right to request more information or documents to support the claim.

Use of submitted Information

All information submitted by the student in order to claim the refund guarantee will be used solely for the purpose of verifying and processing the claim. This information will be kept strictly confidential and not shared with any third parties.

Refund Processing Time

All refunds will be processed within 15-20 working days of receiving a valid claim.
