Refund Policy

Refund and Cancellation Policy

We at IGNOUPROJECT.SHOP believe that the customer is king. We see ourselves as a LIGHTHOUSE rather than a BUSINESS HOUSE since we are in the business of disseminating knowledge.  Our goal and moral duty are to deliver QUALITY PROJECT Work to all of our students and ensure their complete satisfaction and acceptance.

Orders placed through our website are nonrefundable and non-exchangeable.  However, in the unlikely event that you are dissatisfied with our product or service, you may be permitted to begin a Return/Refund at the company’s discretion.  However, in such circumstances, the Customer Support Team’s judgment shall be final.

The company is not responsible for any delays or lawsuits in the delivery of material after delivered by us because we utilize a third-party courier service (Delhivery), which is excellent but cannot guarantee their services.

Refund Policy

The return/refund may be initiated according to the following guidelines:

  • Project/Synopsis/Guide Rejection: If our project, synopsis or guide is formally rejected by IGNOU, you will receive a FULL REFUND.
  • Cancellation Policy: A 90% Refund is provided for product cancelled within 24 hours after booking. If you cancel after obtaining the soft copy of our project/synopsis, we will issue a refund then only after the rejection from IGNOU.
  • Revision Policy: We provide unlimited modifications for your project/synopsis based on recommendations from your project guide, communicated in writing by the student.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 15-20 working days.

Cancellation Fees

If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping fees, payment gateway charge and a refund processing fee (Total 10% of ordered price) will be deducted from your refund.
